We are very happy with the exterior painting of our home by CB Paint & Decor. Inc. The price was fair. Despite some rain interruptions, the job was started and finished within the time frame promised. The painters were polite, attentive to detail and responsive to our requests. Colors were matched and our home looks lovely.
I had a great experience with CB Paint and Decor, Inc. After interviewing half a dozen exterior residential painters, I hired Chris and his crew to pain my home. Chris used top notch materials and his crew was extremely efficient, clean and professional. They finished the job exactly as agreed and Chris was vital in helping me make color decisions. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they even took the time to install my new address display at no extra charge. Chris made the experience pleasant and hassle free and the house looks great.
Chris and his crew did beautiful work on the interior walls of my house. Professional, great follow-through, on-time and trustworthy. They paid attention to the details as if it were their own home. I highly recommend this team for any painting services.
C B Paint and decor did an amazing job repainting our old kitchen cabinets. Absolute professionals they took care of every detail. The new results are fantastic. I highly recommend them, they won't disappoint you.
C B Paint & Decor Inc. did a great job for my Aunt. They removed mold from under the eaves, repaired loose and damaged Stucco, and matched the paint perfectly. They were efficient, timely, and reasonably priced. Chris and Edgar were responsive to any inquiries and are courteous and polite. They did such a good job that I'm having them work on my own house. Call C B Paint and Decor for all of your home exterior needs!
Great work and a reasonable price
Chris and his team are real pros--skilled, experienced, and customer-friendly. Termite holes in the eaves? Removed totally, and like the rest of the house, repainted like new. Discusses cost up front, honest and works with you to get the best price. Knows the business, offers suggestions that helped us with colors and appearance. We recommend him highly.
Chris and his team handled a difficult job with professionalism and finesse. Chris listened very carefully and balanced the many demands of the parties along with other necessary requirements of a historical home. The team is also very experienced, they worked In an efficient, well organized manner with care and detail. The place really sparkles now. Excellent results!

Highly professional, high integrity
Chris was easy to work with and very clear on what the job entailed. The painters, Edgar and his partner did not need supervision, if there was an issue or question they contacted me immediately and all was resolved in a matter of minutes.
Seamless effort to complete this job even though reside in No. CA and this job was in So. California. These guys came in got the job done and even finished a day early. I highly recommend CB Paint for your painting needs.
Very thorough.. I did think that the project went a couple of days longer than I anticipated. Quality and prep was great. Would definitely consider them for new projects
Chris was great to work with on our new eves painting job which we needed after a new roof and eves replacement on 2 nd story home! His workers were fast and neat! He stuck to his estimate and timeline. He was recommended by a friend! Donna DaFoe
CB painting did a great job. Their workers were thorough and friendly. The house is a challenging one to paint (multiple stories and on a steep hill etc.) but they managed to do an excellent job at what I deemed a very fair price. I strongly recommend that you get a bid from them for your job.
Working with Chris and his team is always a pleasure. In addition to their great attitude and personalities, their craftsmanship is always of a consistently high quality, and their communication is excellent. Having the peace of mind that you will be treated fairly by subcontractors is a common concern among general contractors, and I am always impressed by the willingness of CB Paint and Decor, Inc. to help find solutions and be nimble in response to changes in design and scope decisions.
C B painting did a wonderful job repairing the cracks in our stucco and painting the exterior of our house.
CB Paint and Chris Blaul painted a house interior, cottage exterior and interior for me in 2018 and 2019 and I have been extremely pleased.
CB did a very good job on both and inside and outside on a complete color change of a large house, especially in the wind up to a wedding that was going to done on site. Lots of crazy time lines and schedule problems that they accommodated and they always kept a smile going. Definitely would recommend and will use again.
Project Date: June 2018, Project Price: $10,000 - $49,999, Chris, Hugo, Edger and all the guys were Awesome!!! The communication from beginning to end was outstanding, their work and attention to detail was meticulous and they were a pleasure to work with and graceful about it. This project was a new construction from the ground up. they did all the interior, wall, windows and doors incl the cathedral ceilings that originally did not look good.. but after hours of hand painting/skill and perfected Technic you can see the results of the hard work, before and after pics below. the overall result was gorgeous! Chis, knows very well the meaning of time sensitive.. and made the schedule work. I was indeed a very happy and satisfied customer.
Chris was so helpful in choosing the right paint color for the exterior and making sure his staff was well informed of what was expected. He showed up practically every day over the course of a month long project to assure everyone was happy. He was a very good communicator and was kind to his staff. Originally he quoted the job for the exterior and garage along with interior trim. We ended up having him paint some rooms and closets as well because we just didn't want him to leave! All quotes were reasonable and time and materials pricing was great as well. His painters were hard working and excellent. There were no surprises which was great! We ended up with a solid, beautiful paint job throughout.
Chris and CB Paint and decor, Inc. has been my only go to for painting for the past 25 years. He work is perfect and the crews polite and clean. Each night that they leave the house is spotless and except for a small corner you would never know we had painters there. I love doing business with them and I am a tough to please decorator
I would like to recommend CB Painting and Décor to anyone that is looking to have a high quality, professional painting/design company in their home. I recently remodeled my kitchen after 22 years with wood cabinets and granite countertops. I decided to change my counters and have my cabinets painted, and called CB Painting and Décor. Chris Blaul, the owner, came over to look at my project. He listened to what I wanted and offered so many great ideas on which way for me to go with my project. He was extremely helpful coming in with 30 plus years of experience in paint and design. I did some minor changes to my counters, and once the changes were completed, Chris' team of exceptional painters started the job. His workers were meticulous in their prep work. They taped off the work area and enclosed it with plastic to prevent dust in the rest of the house. They carefully removed each cabinet door, drawer, and pull, and marked each piece to make sure they were returned to their proper place in the kitchen once the job was completed. The project took 7 days from start to finish. At the end of each day, they left the job site in a clean and orderly manner. Once the job was completed, they removed all the prep set up, put all cabinet doors, drawers and pulls back together, they cleaned and vacuumed everything and they left the kitchen clean and free of all plastic, tape, paint, paintbrushes etc.. I am completely happy with the workmanship and professionalism CB Painting and Décor provided during my kitchen remodel. I feel as if I have a brand-new kitchen that will last another 25 years! I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of remodeling and painting their home or kitchen. CB Painting and Décor are as professional as it gets, you will be very satisfied!
I am a home (condo) owner that typically likes to do as much as possible without reaching out for professional help, but I knew that I would have a difficult time matching the "white" ceiling color that I botched almost a year ago. So glad I made the call, and Chris responded immediatley to get the detalis and provide a painter in no time. Best decision I ever made, and "Danny" arrived fully prepared to match the color which also extended into the dining area. Danny also touched up the areas that I painted with another color to make this whole area PERFECT ! I am so pleased with the result and will not hestiate to contact Chris and team for any future projects that come my way. Thank YOU all !!!
We used CB Paint & Decor for our entire house paint project, both inside and out. Chris and his crew were amazing! They were professional, responsible, and an overall pleasure to work with. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend CB Paint & Decor to anyone. All the details of your paint project will be handled with customized advice and care
Chris and his team are excellent.Painted the exterior of my home and the attention to detail was great. Working with other painters in the past I always felt I needed to be supervising as they worked. No such concerns with this crew. Very thorough with cleanup too. And Chris was so patient and helpful with color selection. I will be using them again on the interior.
I manage high end estates for out of town owners. One of the new properties we took on had redwood siding and extensive decking that had suffered from severe sun damage and lack of maintenance. CB Paint and Decor did an incredible quality job of stripping, sanding and then staining the exterior of the home. Their attention to detail was fantastic. Their respect of the property and keeping the work site clean and ordered throughout the process was excellent. Owner was very pleased with the result. Excellent job and highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris Blaul and his crew. From the moment you meet Chris he makes you feel like you are the most important job he has. He is sincere, friendly, professional and truly kind, not to mention his artistic eye for color and application. His team of workers are all so pleasant to have in your home. You will be amazed at their attention to detail. They have a work ethic that surpasses most. When the work is finished they clean up your home as if it was their own. You will not even know they were there. You will not be disappointed and I am sure like myself you will tell all your friends about Chris and this very pleasant experience. I am sure you will be so happy with your finished project if you choose CB Paint & Decor. You will have made a new friend!!
